I hope that you that have decided to take this journey with The Sanctuary have prepared your fridge and pantry with the necessary foods and have also prepared your hearts, minds and spirit for the impartation that will occur each day as you sacrifice your physical body so that your soul can be fed!
I just want to remind everyone of the Fasting Forum located on the 21 Day Fast: Growing Deeper page on the website. This forum has been created to provide resources, tips, share recipes, express frustration, provide a praise report, or to receive support or give encouragement. You can post to the Fasting Forum message board by simply creating your own member ID, or you can log in with your Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo, MSN accounts. It's that easy.
