Pray Against Deception and Manipulation

I have personally seen in recent years that people are becoming more deceptive and manipulative and this is not just in the world but the church has become a breeding ground for the spirits of deception and manipulation. The Bible warns us to be on the alert. We must be on guard, so that we’re not deceived “with empty words” (Ephesians 5:6) or “with well-crafted arguments” (Colossians 2:4 NLT). And we must realize that we even can deceive ourselves (1 Corinthians 3:18).

We also must remember that Satan is eager to deceive us. He constantly endeavors to plant ideas in our minds and manipulate our thoughts. As Jesus warned, “Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44).

Today, remember that you will face many forms of manipulation. This is why you must base your life on God’s Word and be rooted and grounded in His truth. Be alert, filled with the Spirit and sensitive to His leading and His warnings. The Holy Spirit has given us a powerful prayer language that we can use as a weapon against the wiles of the enemy. Enter Into Intercession

Heavenly Father, I come to You in Jesus Christ’s Holy Name. I ask You Lord Jesus Christ according to destroy any witchcraft prayers or psychic prayers or ungodly soulish prayers that have been prayed or spoken over me, to control or manipulate me spiritually or naturally, and their demonic spirits, into the Abyss, along with the power of those words, to God be the Glory.

Jesus Christ, I ask You to destroy and remove any deception in my mind in Jesus Christ’s Holy Name. Expose the dogs nipping at our heels and I ask You, Lord Jesus to confound those that are coming against us. Destroy the destroyer that is coming against us. I speak divine health over in and through them. I declare total chemical and mental balance over in and through them. Give them a sound and sober mind; long life, longevity in spirit and mind, all the days of their lives. Destroy the plans and schemes, of man and all dark forces. Lord I ask You to strengthen him and protect  them in all areas of his life. I ask You, Lord Jesus, for energy to abound in and through us abundantly. Let peace infill them. Bring us into Your Secret Place, Your loving presence, Your tender mercy, and Your joy and comfort in every area of  our soul. Cause us to rest and not be stress and fill them with rivers of freshness, every moment of every day. I ask You, Lord Jesus, to reveal every source of wrong prayers, all trickery and deceit, and let all hidden things be revealed. I pray Lord Jesus, that all forms of deception, will be exposed, driven out, and thrown into the abyss with all its lies, effects, adverse effects, and stings never to return in Jesus Name. 

In the Name of Jesus Christ, I renounce all relationships dishonoring to the Lord, Heavenly Father, break the power of soul ties over our minds and emotions for ourselves and for those people. I proclaim our freedom to be the children of God, to live as You intended us to live, filled and overflowing with the light and power of Your Holy Spirit, filled with the life and love of Jesus Christ. I claim the full protection of the shed Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God over our individual lives, our marriages, families, possessions, churches, neighborhoods, towns, and nations.  “You, O Lord are a shield about us. Our glory, and the lifter of our heads.” Psalms 3:3. In Jesus Christ’s Holy Name, I pray with thanksgiving. Let the veil be torn to allow us to see through the haze, smoke screens, the schemes, the plans of man and the enemy and know absolutely what Your truth is. We ask this according to your Son Jesus Name and To God Be the Glory. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
