Rosa’s Refuge began with a soft launch, allowing us to step into the work quietly, faithfully, and with care. This initial phase gave us space to listen, serve, and build the foundation with integrity, honoring the spirit in which the mission was born. It allowed us to begin meeting real needs while discerning structure, partnerships, and sustainable rhythms for the work ahead.
Now, we are preparing for a full launch in 2026. This next phase will expand our reach, strengthen our systems, and invite the broader community to walk with us as we continue serving our unhoused neighbors with dignity, consistency, and compassion. Rosa’s Refuge is growing intentionally, rooted in legacy, guided by faith, and committed to showing up with love where it matters most.
